Cafe Manager/Cook

Dates: end of March to end of October
- Food hygiene essential.
- Cooking simple dishes presented to a high standard.
- Capable of motivating your own team and working with young people.
- You will need to have the flexibility to work to a rota, which covers the week.
- Hours vary as the season progresses.

Cafe Assistant/Cook

Dates: end of March to end of October
- 2-3 day week with occasional weekends
- Food hygiene essential

Weekend Receptionist on Main Admissions Desk

Dates: start of April to end of October – 16hrs per week
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Must have a positive and friendly approach to customer service
